We take immense pride in our protective packaging. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we will initiate a priority replacement at no extra cost.

Yes, they are suitable for gifts. We have very beautiful gift bags for gifts and occasions. To receive them, please leave a comment with your order. We also offer a “Gift Message” option at checkout if you would like to add a handwritten message.
