2. Processing Time
Since many of our products (such as some candles and pottery) are handmade, please allow one to five business days for us to prepare and securely package your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Cairo and Giza: 2-3 business days.

Other governorates: 3-5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We strive to offer the best shipping rates to ensure your products arrive safely.

5. Order Tracking
